Vendors are responsible for chairs, tables, and tents.
NO electric will be available
Tents are limited to a 10×10 size.
Chairs, Tables, & Tents are NOT provided

Max of 50 merchant vendor spots available.
Cost is non-refundable
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax when applicable
Vendors are responsible for having appropriate liability insurance when applicable.

Setup 6:30am-8:00am

If I intend to sell food, I understand that I must have a vendor permit from the city of Broken Arrow and must have all permits and licenses required by the Tulsa Health Department. I understand that I cannot sell food if I am a home baker unless I work out of a commercial kitchen.
